SAlon POLICY

• Masks are REQUIRED.

• If you are feeling sick I kindly ask to please reschedule appointment.

• Please arrive 5 mins prior to scheduled appointment. In the event that you are unable to arrive at scheduled time please notify stylist. We have a 10 minute “grace” period in which the stylist may or may not have time to for scheduled appoitnment. The stylist reserves the right to reschedule appointment if there is not enough time alotted for appointment.

• Appointments must be rescheduled/canceled 48 hours before time of scheduled appointment. If failed to do so there will be a 50% cancellations fee. I understand things come up, however I am by appointment only. 48 hours allows time to fill the appointment.

• NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% FEE OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

• To ensure safety in salon children under the age of 12 who are not recieving a service are not permitted in the salon.

• In the rare occasion that you are unsatisfied with your service please let us know within 7 days of original appointments. I will be happy to make any adjustments within that 7 days period.
